The prosecution approaches her prey. It is sad to see them here, they had so much promise… But that is just what they want the court to focus on. Injustices must be righted wherever they are. And it is your duty to see this through.

You narrow your eyes behind your glasses. They aren’t even nervous … yet. Maybe they think that they have a shot against the league of legislacerators. They seem strangely at ease here, and it enrages you.

You smile a slow smile that spreads across your face ominously. The best sort of prey is the unsuspecting kind. You are in fact almost impressed by their brazenness. You will put them in their place in due time. Oh yes in due time. A slight giggle escapes your mouth. 3H3H3H3. You enjoy this game and seemingly so do they.

Because they have grudgingly won some of your respect you will skip past the abuse of their person. You see that this one won’t be so easily frightened. This will soon change. This will soon change.

“Professor Applepaws…” You begin. You are interrupted. “You dare venture to correct me? Even during the trial you lack decorum. Have you no shame? Your ATTEMPTED uprising against the empress was not enough scorn for all that is right and just in the world? My dear professor you simply never cease to surprise me.”

Everyone knows that he is guilty. Especially the professor himself. He tries to appear unruffled but your nose knows all and you smell past his rouse.

“Oh Professor, and yes I will still call you professor… unless you have a problem with this.” You threaten him without words to speak out of term once more with a raised hand. He does not interrupt and with a smile, you go on. “I hope you know that I am in a very charitable mood today. I have not spared any expense in making you comfortable. What… why are you so pale all of a sudden? I thought you’d be happy to see her again!”

His wife, the beautiful Citrustongue is led into the courtblock in chains. You begin to laugh and continue on.

“Your wife is a very fragrant woman, Professor. Though I’m sure you knew. Confess to everything and only you will die for this crime and not her!”

The professor is all too happy to spill it all. And even though you knew his plan all along, now His Honorable Tyranny is privvy to it as well, straight from the sweet mouth of the delectable Professor Applepaws.

You are a very reasonable and just woman. Because he has confessed you do not let him suffocate from hanging. Instead you stab him in a very businesslike way. He will die so fast he will not know pain.

He is hung after the fact to show an example. Unfortunately His Honorable Tyranny requests blood. Who are you to deny him a request. After licking Citrustongue goodbye she follows her husband to the gallows.
